Steven D. Buchta

Steve Buchta is Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Creations. He joined Corporate Creations in 2008 after graduating from DePaul University with a B.A. degree in Business Management, Marketing and Finance. Steve resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.


Trent Bavaro

Trent Bavaro is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Corporate Creations. He enrolled at the University of Iowa in 2004 and by 2007 had earned his Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Business Management. He received his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago while working as a 711 licensed prosecutor in the traffic court division of the City of Rockford's Legal Department and as a law clerk with the Veterans Legal Support Center. In 2011 he joined Corporate Creations in their Chicago office and in 2014 relocated to corporate headquarters in Florida. He is a member of the Illinois Bar and Authorized House Counsel with the Florida Bar.


Veronica C. Valega

Veronica Valega is the Operations Director of Corporate Creations. She joined Corporate Creations in 2013 while finishing school to earn her B.A. degree in Supervision and Management. She continuously works on improving employee retention by empowering and motivating employees. Veronica was born in Peru and immigrated to the United States with her family in 2002. She currently resides in Palm Beach County, Florida


James E. Perkins

JP Perkins is Executive Vice President and Chief Relationship Officer of Corporate Creations. Prior to joining Corporate Creations in 2007, he held various sales and management positions with private and public companies. JP has significant experience working with Fortune 1000 companies as his clients. His philosophy is that Corporate Creations is in the business of relationships. JP has volunteered as a counselor and coordinator at Craig Springs Camp & Retreat Center in Virginia since 1992, spending a week each summer mentoring teenagers, and he has helped various charities such as Special Olympics. JP lived many years abroad as a "military brat." He enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds. JP is married and has four daughters. JP and his family reside in the greater Virginia area.
