If you need to get in contact with us regarding a service inquiry, to raise an issue, or for any other reason, you can do so using the information below. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and your candid feedback will help us achieve that goal.

Corporate Creations has become aware that an unknown party is fraudulently using our business address on the footer of spam emails purporting to advertise various products not associated with our company.

We do not send spam emails and any emails received are not from our company email address, are not promoting our services, and do not list our company name. We have filed reports with the Florida Office of the Attorney General and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.

We encourage anyone who receives such an email to also file a report with the Florida Office of the Attorney General and to never open any email attachment received unless you know and trust the sender or separately verify its authenticity.

NOTICE TO OUR CLIENTS: All orders and mail should be sent to our Headquarters. Never send mail to any registered offices, which are intended only for the receipt of lawsuits and other legal documents addressed to clients of Corporate Creations who have ordered registered agent service.

To obtain the street address for the registered office in any state, please contact us by phone or email. When you contact us, please reference the name of the entity and the states where registered agent service is needed.

NOTICE TO PROCESS SERVERS:
  • Legal professionals and process servers who want to deliver service of process to our clients must check state records to determine the current registered agent address for an entity.
  • Always deliver service of process to "c/o Corporate Creations" at the registered agent address listed in state records for the entity you are attempting to deliver service of process.
  • Corporate Creations does not answer questions asked by people who are not our clients regarding the status of service of process responses.
  • We accept service of process for our clients only at the registered agent address listed in state records for the entity you are attempting to deliver service of process. You are responsible for doing your own research in state records.
  • We never accept service of process at our New York City office which is for the sole purpose of providing special services in connection with financing transactions. Our New York registered agent office can be found in the New York Department of State online records for the entity you are attempting to deliver service of process.
  • We will only respond to questions if you experience any problems delivering service of process to our clients at the registered agent address of the entity listed in state. In such a case, please call Corporate Creations and ask to speak with our legal department.
    • Do not discuss service of process delivery issues with anyone else at Corporate Creations. Your call will be returned within 24 hours if our legal department is unavailable to speak with you when you call. Please tell our receptionist your name, phone number, email address and the entity you are attempting to serve.
